Preliminary Task
For this task I have been asked to give an overview for my plan for my preliminary task. For my preliminary task I have to film a shortclip of a person walking into a room, siiting down and having a conversation. Me and my partner Chris Mitsinga have designed a storyboard showing all the Camera Shots, Camera Angles, Lighting, Sound and Duration of each scene we are using to help us when we are actually filming our preliminary task. Below are the storyboards that we have designed for our preliminary task.
The encounter must include in its shows are skills. For example camera shots, Camera angles, Camera movement and mise-en-scene Theses are all essential for the encounter because all of these skills are the main thing about all programmes because without them movies and programmes wont appeal to whoever theiir target audience are.
In this second part of our storyboard it shows the shot numbers 5-8 in our preliminary task. On these shots its mainly Me waiting nervously for chris who is the manager. He walks in dressed casually and have our first encounter. In this scene we use a over the shoulder shot to show both characters me and Chris having a conversation.
In this third part of our storyboard it is mainly about Adam feeling worried of what is happening and finds an excuse which is to use the toilet. Whilst he's in the toilet, Chris believes that he is not coming back.
In the fourth part of our storyboard it is based on Adam returning with a really impressive CV and shocks Chris because he thought that he wasnt as gifted and didnt have any knowledge abut the business but was proven wrong by Adams CV.
In this final part of our storyboard it is the
confrontation between me and Chris and its basically us disscussing qualifications, what he expects from me and the things i will be doing like computer work.
